Everquest, WoW, Ark.  By a very large margin over anything else, including many replays of Dawn of War and Titan Quest and Diablo II.

 

Just checked: Over 2440 hours played in Ark, over 1 year played in EQ.  Not sure on WoW.

Guild Wars 1 by a long shot. I've spent over 2000 hours in that easily. It's a shame nobody plays it anymore, and GW2 isn't what I wanted as a sequel. Diablo 2 was a close second, and I used to play Counter Strike Source religiously, but those two are hard for me to put a number on since time tracking wasn't a thing back then.

According to Steam it would be Stardew Valley at 585 hours. There would be plenty of other games that I would have spent many more hours in prior to steam, such as Age of Empires II, and probably the most played game would be Pokemon (Blue, Yellow, Gold) for the Gameboy. Think I also had a few hundred hours in Final Fantasy X, mostly just grinding and playing Blitzball.

As much as I want to believe I've put more hours into a pokemon game or into the wind waker. as time goes on I find it harder and harder to believe I've put over 1600 hours into either of them. so therefore my current record holder and by a long shot is Europa Universalis 4 with 1594 hours and counting. my second most played game, at least on steam is Terraria with 269 hours, so yeah I've spent way too much time on it
