I would go for CQ32G1 because of a lot positive reviews and i could get one for 280€. But I'm not an expert.

Right. Since 1440p on 32" has pixels nearly the same size as a 24" 1080p.

27" 1440p would mean roughly the same, or even worse, strain on my eyes like the 21" 1080p.
