Youtube skips 10 seconds of the video automatically

Youtube skips 10 seconds of the video automatically. This happens only in one Livestream, but it still annoys me. Already tried these methods:
- Tried disabling the keyboard because i assume it was one of the keyboard button
- Tried resetting the browser
- Reinstalling the browser
- Switch to another browser (Firefox, Edge)

None of these solve the problem (and yes, no button were broken/ autoclicking at all). Any idea why did this happen?

when/where does it skip? random or at the start? in the middle? we need more details. 

 

it only skips 10 secs on 1 particular livestream and nothing else? which one? send link.

If it's just single video doing it, consider youtube being issue, not your end.

it skip in the middle (look at the video attachment). I haven't tested the Livestream video on another PC though

its probably a frame drop on streamers end. not your fault.

No. It's probably something with my system, because i've tested the Stream on another PC today, that didn't happen. I don't know what's causing this on my PC. Since resetting browser and cleaning things using CCleaner didn't work, i probably need to reset Windows to fix this

But anyway, thanks for the help
