Friend is in need of a new PC and his budget is $1650. He has all peripherals, monitors, and windows key already. He wants to game and stream so probably something AMD based. Thanks

Already had this one saved, pretty much good to go, spending more money isn't really going to get you too much more performance.

 

it's good for 1440p 144hz high or 4k medium-high.
