Casual Minecraft Java Server [SHUTDOWN]

Setup a casual survival minecraft server for play and building. Information as follows:

 

Server: [SHUTDOWN]

Mods: AdvancedPortals, Sticky Locks, World Guard, World Edit, Stats, CraftBook

Type: Java

Version: 1.15.2

Mode: Survival

Difficulty: Normal

PVP: Enabled (for now)

 

Please note: This server is whitelist only, please DM me or post below your Minecraft username to join.

Discord is used to grant build permissions. Please join the discord server after being added to the list to get builder permissions. More info can be found on the server:

- Storage: 128GB SATA M.2 (NVMe no worky)
- Display: Main 1080p@60Hz + Screnpad Plus 1920x515@60Hz

Custom Game Server:

- CPUs: Ryzen 7 7700X @ 5.1GHz all core

- RAM: 128GB (4x32GB) DDR5 @ whatever it'll boot at xD (I think it's 3600MTs)

- Storage: 2x 1TB WD Blue NVMe SSD in RAID 1, 4x 10TB HGST Enterprise HDD in RAID Z1

I am getting Connection Refused though, issues on your end or mine?

It's my end, I can't connect with Optifine installed :( Idk what's wrong.

Ok, just tried a fresh install of the game and Optifine and still the same error :/ (works fine without Optifine)

It's not your server specifically, I think it's something wrong with Optifine, I can't use my public IP to connect to my server either.
I fixed it, for some reason it wouldn't work with the built in java + Optifine, had to set it to use java8jre.

Hi, I'm interested in joining but I'll have to wait until my new PC is built (in a month or so). It's my first time playing minecraft so I just have a question. Do I need to download those mods you mentioned so I can join the server? 

The deep blue sky is infinitely high and crystal clear.
