Looking for a good retro controler for Retro Pi?

Recently got myself a Retro Pi thanks to a mate of mine. Can anyone recommend a good retro controller? I'm out of my league here!

System Specs: Second-class potato, slightly mouldy

or an 8bitdo SN30pro/+ maybe or SF30
