A couple of questions about my pg348q

Hi. I have recently brought a pg348q monitor. From going from a cheap generic monitor, this is amazing! I just have a couple of questions if anyone could please help.

 

I have been running my monitor with overclocking enabled and running games at 100hz is great. But I was just wondering if keeping it at overclocked 100hz damages or shortens the life of the monitor?

 

Also I use the monitor as an input for my ps4 too. The black bars dont bother me in the slightest, but should I be worried about these black bars burning into the screen?
