Any further diagnostics so that  I can definitely tell it is the cpu?

In that case, it's either the CPU or RAM.

Try memtest on the RAM. If it passes, it's the CPU. If it doesn't, it's the RAM.

The only reason why I'm saying RAM here is because it could be the storage is fine and the CPU is fine, just that the RAM corrupts the data slightly to the point it causes a BSOD. Highly unlikely, but hey

I can try to install memtest86, however its likely the computer will just crash before getting it installed

install it to a usb stick and its a bootable os where you boot into the USB and test from there. This should ensure the Windows OS is not getting in the way.

Did not get any results from the ram, I have installed a new set of ram to see if that helps

Sorry, to confirm you would install memtest86 onto a USB stick and boot into it. Memtest86 has its own bootable os that allows you to test RAM without booting into Windows. This will allow you to rule out RAM as the issue.

I have tried other ram in the pc, and continued to crash when doing a CPU diagnostic test. Would you suggest this is most likely going to be a cpu error?
