Witch Super 2080 Aftermarket GPU to buy?

vyzor

hey everyone! i just upgraded my pc. ATM this is my build:

Intel Core i9 9900K

Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB

Gigabyte Z390 DESIGNARE

Samsung 970 PRO 512GB M.2 NVMe

HyperX Kit 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 3200MHz Fury

i had a MSI GAMING X GTX 1080

but a friend of mine was looking to buy a GPU so i sold him my 1080.

i work with UE4 and i wanted to test out some RTX features and also getting ready for DooM and CP2077

im looking into buying a 2080 SUPER (i guess it's better than the reg one so wirth the extre 20€) but no clue with Aftermarket brand is better / more reliable.
MSI GeForce® RTX 2080 SUPER GAMING X TRIO 8G is my top contender now.

Thanks you all in advance ♥

Best i can advice is the 2070S, the diference for the 2080 is not that big but money wyse it is.

That card is a very nice card. Maybe look at the EVGA ones, they have the best suport and rma

Reliable? There are two levels, EVGA and others. Even then, for high end GPUs it's difference is more on customer service than actual hardware durability (since they are similar in build quality).

the reg one

The founders model are rarely at a competitive price anyway, Nvidia doesn't really want to bite into their partner's profit margins, if they learnt anything from 3dfx's failure

2080 SUPER

problem with 2080S is that a manually overclocked 2080 will beat it (i.e. too little difference in performance), the 2080 itself only 10% faster than the 2070S. However in terms of pricing, they go like $700, $600 and $500, making the 2080s and especially the Super hard to justify.
