Cheap/Free Ways to Make my Setup More Ergonomic/Comfortable to Use?

Recommended Posts

TLDR I've had this desk too heavy to move sitting around forever so decided to put a computer on it. I love sitting at it and using it but,  I have shoulder problems and I don't think it's helping. I would like to improve the situation but, money is tight. Right now my chair is as high as it will go and my legs are touching the bottom of the desk but, my shoulders seemed slumped to use the keyboard. Anyway I'm rambling. Any ideas on what I can possibly do?

Use a keyboatd/mouse tray to bring them closer to you so it's a more comfortable and natural sitting position instead of hunched over. Anything will do pretty much as long as it's flat with a smooth surface for the mouse.
