Samsung Dex Desktop app fuzzy

I recently upgraded my phone from Note 9 to Note 10+ and I use Dex alot for my office work as it allows my to take my entire work pc around with me. I use the desktop application and with the Note 10+ I have a fuzzy screen where text is hard to read and it doesnt look crisp at all. I didnt have this issue with my Note 9 nor if I use the dex by itself. Only using the desktop application with Note 10+. The only thing I could think of is that im using duel DVI instead of the recommended HDMI but this doesnt happen with my Note 9 or on my other PC its only the one PC. 

 

Display settings are set to DVI 1080p on 2 monitors. there is no scaling of windows nor any weird driver configuration that I am aware of.
