i want to mod the original Windows 10 1903 ISO provided by Microsoft

i want to enable the editions of Windows 10 in a single iso file 

Windows 10 Home
Windows 10 Home N
Windows 10 Pro
Windows 10 Pro N
Windows 10 Pro for Workstations
Windows 10 Pro for Workstations N
Windows 10 Enterprise

how to do so

Its all 1 ISO, you decide what you install. Just use the official mediacreation tool.
