I do mainly want amazon parts with prime if you can!

It’s $45 over but this is the best I could put together. A decent wireless mouse at this price point is nonexistent, so I had to go wired.

Honestly, I'd strongly suggest buying used. Your budget doesn't really allow for a decent system.
