Maybe I should’ve asked this question first when I got my first pc last year , which windows 10 settings should I turn off to have the best possible gaming experience?? Thanks !

Seems you 9900k?  tbh I wouldnt be concerned.

Well if you don't notice or have any issues, then I wouldn't be worried about it. You could load up Task Manager and monitor background processes.

I do have some stutters in some games that’s why , but if nothing can b done I’ll leave as is . Thanks
