I doubt it...

 

If anything, the GTX 1060 is gonna bottleneck the 3700X

will be fine. just make sure you have 3200 cl16 and should be happy with your build. if a gaming machine id recommend the 9700k.

Yes, no.

 

Depends on game.

 

If it is a bottleneck, it won't be any worse than any other CPU out there, so it doesn't matter.

 

Most games, the 1060 is a weakest link in that combination.
