Stuck on black/blue screen, can't get to recovery page

I turn on my computer, says scanning and repairing disk C: 1% complete or something along those lines, get back to it 3 hours later and its still at 1% so I thought it was stuck, forced shut down to restart. If I normal boot or try to get into the windows recovery environment i just end up with a black screen and cursor, and if I try to boot from a usb it brings me to a blue screen with cursor and it will just be stuck like this for hours. Am I missing anything? T_T
