Help me please, computer won’t turn on.

Was playing league then after 1st game keyboard and mouse stopped working  and insufficient power window kept popping up, couldn’t get anything to work on it so I shut it down and now it won’t turn back on. Power supply was a 650w and I upgraded to a 850w just incase thinking it may be the power supply but still no dice. Any suggestions on possible issues or solutions. The lights turned on for like a half second when i tried to turn it on but literally not even the new power supply is running.

Have you tried your old psu if it would post? Could be the new one, you can test if its defective with the paper clip trick
