I've only ever used EVGA in my builds and I've never had a problem with any of their products. I thought I had an issue with a 660Ti's HDMI port (one I used in my sisters computer), but that turned out to be a bad HDMI cable.

I contacted them about the HDMI port before I knew about the cable, and the almost immediately opened an RMA. So the customer service was as good as people said it was.

Regardless of the issues I've had I still would only buy EVGA, without even considering their fantastic customer support I find that the way they make their cards appeals to me greatly. I miss my 660 Ti's, they are very unique as few people bought that specific model much less two of them for SLI and although the ACX cooler looks nice I still think that overall the the Signature 2 FTW 660 Ti looks much better.

I concur.  After the second rma, they sent me a 670 SC 4gb(with backplate) to replace my 670 FTW.  Now!

if only nvidia supported Mantle.

Their warranty is also superb :D

Some old tales that their lifetime warranty will cover a broken 660ti and they will send you a new 760 xD

Anybody here with experience with the European EVGA RMA process? Is it nearly as perfect as the American version or do they leave something to be desired?

Also how exactly does the RMA upgrade process work?

I have the EVGA 650ti Boost SC 2GB and I have no issues with it. It performs very close to my dad's non-ti 660. (And stays nearly as cool despite having a much simpler/worse heatsink.)

Well, I always buy reference cards, EVGA offers the best warranty in my country and that being the only difference between reference Nvidia cards I normally buy from EVGA.

The EU RMA dept is in Germany, service was great for me, they will cross ship your RMA if you let them hold a deposit on the cost of the new card, that way there is less downtime.
