Multiple m.2 boot order things?

i was helping a friend with her comp, and had her driver connected to my comp, and was trying to install an OS onto it, and i noticed this cluster is my BIOS

any idea how to fix? ive tried flashing the BIOS

From the drop down, can you select N/A or disabled or something like that.

 

Some of the UEFIs allow you to add the same thing over and over and keeps adding a new drop down below the last.

Other than trying another m.2 slot if you have one; I am out out of ideas.
