Can we run Pc games at a decent frame rate on android?

like for example the new rog phone 2, can we run Pc games on it using an emulator (limbo) and get a decent frame rate?

no, emulation will always be extremely slow compared to bare metal hardware (keep in mind emulation and virtualization are different, virtualization can be quite fast).  If you could somehow get windows 10 arm running you might be able to run x86 apps that way but don't expect great performance and for games I doubt they would even open.

Well, you could install ARM version of Windows to your phone. But since PC games are optimized for desktop hardware, running anything but very soft stuff is really not ideal.
