Touchpad middle click randomly quites working

I'm running Kubuntu 19.04 on my Acer Aspire e15(Intel HD model). It should middle click when 3 fingers are pressed and right click when 2 fingers are pressed. Sometimes after suspending the middle click function just stops working and acts like a left click, even just starting from a cold boot will sometimes cause middle click to not work, but sometimes it works perfectly. I have tried switching the touchpad from Basic to Advance in the BIOS, but that just screws things up more. I've played with the settings all I could, still nothing. The only thing that can fix it is restarting and hoping it works.
