motherboard causing pc to restart

hello everyone

im having this problem in my computer that i can't fix it, basically  the computer restart it self (kernal power) in benchmarks like  "userbenchmark" and in some open world games first thing i suspect is the psu or the graphique card it self causing this , but then i tested both my psu and gpu in another system and it works just fine no shutdown no restarts after hours of benchmark in occt  psu test and gpu test  which my computer usually restart the moment i start this  kind of benchmarks, could it be the motherboard or the cpu ?

note my pc works fine when i underclock my gpu to 1270 MHZ

TEMPERATURES ARE FINE   GPU UNDER LOAD /69-73    CPU : 60C

THIS PROBLEM IS NOT TEMPS RELATED AT ALL CAUSE THE MOMENT I START THE BENCH LIKE 2SEC PC RESTART
