Streaming WoW Classic, what program?

Running an R5 3600x and GTX 1080 with 32Gb 3000Mhz RAM. Considering streaming WoW Classic and Fortnite. Thoughts on what would affect my gameplay the least? Thinking CPU based program, but not sure what that would be.

Yep, OBS using the NVENC encoder would be the least taxing on your CPU.

You aren't going to play anything heavy anyway, and have almost as good consumer grade PC as possible. So effect from streaming will be minimal regardless. OBS had at some point issues with 1440p scaling, but I haven't seen those posts in a while so that probably isn't issue either.

 

If you think options, Srreamlabs is skin with integrated addons for OBS. It's just difference on how much you want to do yourself. XSplit is still paid. Battle.net, Win10 etc. have their own with less configuration options. I know there's couple more, but can't name them now.
