Recover files after windows 10 reset

Hey guys,

I reset my pc and accidentally deleted 1 folder that had some files that I want. Is there any way to restore them? I did this about 1 month ago. P.S ever since I reset my pc my internet has been incredibly slow. Steam downloads are fine buy youtube takes like 20 seconds.

Which version of Windows is it ?  There are file recovery software out there just google her in.
