ZyXEL powerline randomly stopped detecting other powerline

I got up this morning to go check something and when I came back 30 seconds later, my internet was out. It worked on all other devices, and I eventually found out that my powerline doesn’t “detect” the other powerline (HomePlug light isn’t on) 

ive restarted my computer, unplugged both, tried different cables, reset the adapters, but nothing has worked. I have no other devices to connect the Ethernet cable to.

grab an extension cord, plug all the adapters you have next to each other into said extension cord, set them all up again.

 

if that doesnt work, your powerline just gave the ghost.

 

(PS: the reason why i say extension cord, is because that way you have the least amount of interference on the signal between them)

It didn’t work, still no HomePlug light. Is there anything I can do? It just stopped randomly

i did get a new router yesterday, but I don’t think that’s it
