No signal detected after thunderstorm

Today there was a lightning strike near my house. My computer was on and the monitors shut off right after the cracking noise. The computer remained running. I unplugged everything and after 20min plugged back in. Computer works but both monitors are saying "No signal detected". I searched online and it seems something could be fried. Im thinking its gpu but im not sure cause the gpu fans still work. What can be the problem?

When hit by lightning,everything on the grid can get fried,

It could be anything,even the monitors,and to think that such voltage spike went through your power supply - It might not properly function anymore.

You will be lucky to have any components survive this.

 

You will have to test each component on a working computer (JUST DON'T USE THE PSU AND MOTHERBOARD FROM THE FRIED SYSTEM,THOSE CAN FRY THE COMPONENTS FROM THE WORKING MACHINE)

Should have invested in a surge protector but not sure if it would do much against a direct strike on your house..
