Pc bluescreen when running 76

Over the last 2 days i have been getting bluescreens on my pc, it hasn't happened before at all until the latest 76 update. i dont know if its the game shitting itself breaking everything else along with it or if my pc components. i have noticed my cpu( ryzen 2600) has been constantly bouncing between 1.5GHz and 3.6GHz under no load aside from task manager. help please.

That cpu clock speed bouncing around is normal as windows does things in the background or even when you move your mouse on screen. What is the error code which comes up on the bluescreen?

 no error code just the usual one
