can i turn on a PC without a hard drive or ssd

mr beans

i just built my new computer but my hard drive hasn't arrived yet. I don't expect it to boot or anything i just want to see the rgb and not break it.

yes you can.

It wont break anything.

It will even allow you to enter the BIOS.

More specifically, it'll probably just enter bios upon boot without having to press any particular keys.
