Can't get BT to work on a wireless card

OMEGALUL

As the title states, i can't get the bluetooth to work on my gigabyte gc-wb1733d-i. The card provides wi-fi over PCIE (which works) and bluetooth over a USB connection directly on the mobo on a USB-F port, i tried everything, changing pcie port, changing usb-f port, changing card alltoghether but nothing works, and what makes me even angrier is that there's a USB passthrough on the card (through the same usb cable used for BT) which works.

I tried installing intel and gigabyte official drivers and looking in device manager for legacy devices, nothing worked.

My setup is as follows:

ASUS prime X570

AMD Ryzen 3600X

GTX 970 Reference

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SOLVED

I was connecting to a USB-F on the mobo that had only one connection while the card required 2.
