Are any of these PSU's enough?

I got some free parts and I'm building a PC out of them to sell for some proffit.

The CPU is a Phenom X4 955

GPU is a R9 390 8GB Asus Strix

 

Now, my question is if any of the 2 PSU's I have are enough to run the PC.

Leaving images of their power specs.

EDIT: I know these PSU's are not from the best brands, but I only want to know if they'll run the PC.

Those 12V rails aren't pushing nearly enough for a 390. No dice on these power supplies.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Absolutely not.
An Asus Strix R9 390 is a 300W graphics card that requires 2x8pin PCIe connectors. Neither of those PSUs are capable of powering the GPU by itself, let alone the rest of the system with it.

 

They're both garbage PSUs from 15 years ago. May as well just dispose of them.

The R9 390 alone goes up to around 250 watts. the Phenom and everything else is probably go over 100w

You need something with at least 400w on the 12v rails to be safe.

The LC Power claims 318w , the other says it can do 360w but I suspect both are too optimist ... expect around 10-20% less for both.

 

Those PSUs would work with something with integrated graphics like a 200ge or 2200/2400g ....

These power supplies aren't from 15 years ago.

They just have 15 year old designs.

 

 

Go for a CX750(M), TX750M, pure power 11 750w, etc, whatever the fuck

Ryzen 7 3700X / 16GB RAM / Optane SSD / GTX 1650 / Solus Linux

Why 750W when the whole system uses about 400-450? Makes no sense. Also where can I buy a whatever the fuck 750W? ?

How did you find a WORSE power supply? That Looking is actually worse. Please use a normal power supply... A CX550 or CX650

Kolink is a Hungarian company which rebrands mostly Sirfa/Sirtec/Highpower power supplies, but I suspect that particular model is from a cheaper Chinese OEMs... Sirfa/Highpower actually uses decent components and I don't see them doing a 850w model for 40 euros. Even a 650w model (see next paragraph) would be tough.

 

Also, that's not really a 850w psu, it's just the psu model that's KL-C850. If you look at the label, you can see it says 672 watts on 12v and 100w on 3.3v and 5v, but not exceeding 700w in total on all three combined.

So it's more or less a 650w power supply at best... that's where I would place it.

If it can even do 650w in real world without overheating or blowing up, I don't know.

 

You can also see the cardboard box itself maxes out at 700w ... but no circles are filled on it.

It's a quite old platform but would still be way better than your choice, with good components inside and 5y warranty:

45 euro : Seasonic M12II Evo Edition 520W Full Modular

At least it does what it says on the label, it can easily do those 520w, and it's modular (better resale value)

I wouldn't buy it though, unless it's 30 euro or less on some sale. A few euro extra give you better quality and performance for the money.

If you buy shitty power supplies, people won't want to buy your PCs. They'll also complain and want a refund when their PC dies.
