Alright thanks do you have any recommendations for $60 or under. Preferably something that has rgb

One option I can think of off the top of my head is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black RGB.

 

It's not the greatest air cooler in the world, but it's not very expensive and performs a lot better than the Intel box cooler. Also, the RGB model comes with an RGB fan.

I'll recommend a cooler upgrade.

Also, you need to decide the colour scheme.

Those white and orange lights don't seem pleasing to me.

In person they are red the camera doesn’t really show them well. My color scheme is red and white

Red doesn't really complement well with white in your build. I'll recommend a overall white colour scheme.
