How to measure fps and temperature

Other than BIOS what is a good way. I know there is msi afterburner but should I get something specific for a ryzen chip or will anything work?

For Ryzen temps, best is Ryzen master, but HWInfo64 matches it in my personal experience with it.

my bad i forgot to say I need something that will show when im playing games too will this work for that???

Get Rivatuner Statistics server and you can create an overlay on screen display to display this stuff with HWinfo64

MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner.  With an Nvidia card at least.
