BORDERLANDS 2 STUTTERING

OK, so my GPU and CPU usage is at 30%

 

this game never dips below 60 fps

 

but every 10 seconds my screen freezes for about a second

Maybe check your drivers? Or turn down/up your settings might be it.

I know my 2060's drivers are new, and I installed the chipset drivers last weekend (when I finally got it built) is there any other drivers it could be???
