I'm curious now.  What's the name of the frog so I can go find a picture for myself?

Just search for "surinam toad". Specifically a NatGeoWild clip :P

This is ridiculous... How can you start a class action over a consumer product that you are not forced to buy or use?   ...people these days, get over yourselves, smh

i asked before, what class action?  I did a basic search and could find no information on a class action case.  Why are people saying there is a class action?

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

I mentioned it on my original post. That snippet came from a report on the radio with a US lawyer suggesting it was something they were considering. The presenter did give the lawyer a bit of a hard time from then on which made me chuckle.

So it was a throw away/hope fueled comment by a lawyer on a radio play,  you then mentioned in the OP and half a dozen people now think there actually is one?

Ladies and gentleman, I give you exhibit A,  first hand evidence as to how tropes and internet narratives  start and spread and why half of what you think you know is wrong.

EDIT: to be honest I thought it was something along those lines (actually I thought you may have misread the original article) but I didn't want to say it because I may have just been missing crucial information (unheard of I know?).

I agree, simple things said often get blown up. I wouldn’t be surprised though if this lawyer has spent quite a bit of time talking to those that complained and seeing how far he could push them.

Here in brexit central you would be amazed by some of the odd things that are currently going on. We have just come out of the back end of PPI claims and hundreds of companies randomly phoning people to tout their services. Whiplash crash for cash claims have been kicked into touch too. So now they are desperately searching for other forms of revenue including compensation for solar panels that haven’t given the revenues buyers expected and many other things along those lines.

Ok, so I showed my wife the pic below and she said yes, it does trigger her trypophobia. At first she's ok with it, but the longer she sees it, the it bothers her, to the point where she has to look away.

Apple's design has become stagant and is clearly no longer 'cutting-edge'. It's funny how their invite had the tagline, 'By Innovation Only' when this presenation really had little in the way of innovation at all. ?

Hopefully, next year they can shake things up a bit.

People with a fear of small holes have claimed the design of Apple's iPhone 11 Pro is triggering their phobia.

kinda odd of all the things just an apple product's design amongst the plethora of items they have around for daily use is causing a trigger response.

whats next? sew amazon to stop using bubble wraps?

Details separate people.

You don't chose what sets you off. Like I said above, it doesn't bother me, but it does bother @MEC-777's wife.

I doubt the percentage of likely buyers who it bothers is such that Apple or any other company are going to be concerned, but it is an interesting data point.

The lawsuit is stupid, but Apple's camera design is really stupid too IMO. The lenses look a bit too big and they're squished together making it look weird and scary

The iPhone 11 design is quite similar to the Huawei Mate 20 design. I have no problems with it. It gets the job done. I have a bigger complaint with the glass back.
