Can i connect an internal wd blue 1tb hdd to a laptop i need to transfer some important data to an external hard drive?

Yes, with an external enclosure to put the drive in so you can connect it using USB.  If this is absolutely not an option, you could potentially remove your current internal drive, plug this in, then boot a USB stick with Linux or something to do the transfer.

Yes. But be warned. If the drive is encrypted, you won't be able to view the HDD in other system.
