I can get this for 869 US dollar to the door.  Is it a worth upgrade from my 40" Crappy VA 4k 40" curved monitor ?

 

nano ips and freesync and HDR400 and 3440x1440 144hz .

 

Im about to buy this,,,, Can someone give their thoughts.  Thanks
