New 860 Evo not recognized by Samsung Magician

Winter_German

Hi, I just installed a new Samsung 860 Evo 1TB SSD in my desktop as a game drive and for some reason Samsung Magician is saying it isn't supported.  So far I've had no other issues.  It's the same as my boot drive so I don't see why it wouldn't be supported.  I'd appreciate any help with this.

Sounds like when you're at the bar with your gf and a chick gets all friendly with you so Samsung Magician has to be like I'd don't even know what this drive is babe I swear.

But for real -- can you post a screenshot of your Samsung Magician error please.

Are you using an old version of Magician?

Thanks for the quick replies, but for some reason it seems to have resolved itself.
