Monitor black screen

So when my pc booted in windows like 5 seconds or so screen just went black,then I rebooted pc and monitor wasn't displaying anything(only one time it displayed picture for about a second or less).

LED on monitor was saying that it is on but screen was just black,then I tested my vga cable with laptop and tv and it worked fine,after that I connected my pc to tv and I had picture too no black screen or anything.

So what's the problem with my monitor and can it be fixed?

 My monitor:lg flatron w1934s
