Trying to return a Swacket. Waiting over two weeks for a response from LTT store or LMG

Hey I bought a medium swacket and it was too small, I want to return it.

 

I emailed LTT store on Aug 20th asking for a return.

I got a reply Aug 25th asking if I wanted a return or an exchange.

I replied on that same day, and I have not received a response since.

I sent two follow up emails afterward.

I emailed both linustechtips@gmail.com and info@linusmediagroup.com after that.

I messaged the freshdesk thing, but they said they can't help and I should email LMG.

I've PM'd the sales guys on this forum.

Nothing so far...

 

Can someone please help me get in touch with LTT and fix this? Thanks.

LMG isn't really winning the customer support thing. For all those years shitting on EA, now this is where we are.
