Help: Nvidia Surround on a secondary graphics card?

I just setup a sim rig in my living room with a triple monitor 5760x1080 setup and I'd like to plug it into my computer that's on the other side of the room. I figure I'd just run some hdmi cables across the room. I'll have a total of two screens on my desk and three screens on the sim rig.

My RTX 2060 doesn't support that many screens. Could I pick up an older graphics card to add more screens?

From what I remember I can run other displays off the secondary card, but I don't know if it works with Nvidia Surround.
