I have a HD Ready LED tv ( 1366x768p ) , which i will be using for gaming , which resolution should i select in nvidia control panel 768p or 1080p . Since my tv is just 768p will selecting 1080p make a difference in image quality .

You basically you want to DSR that monitor or else it can't show you 1080p.  Just DSR or AMD equivlant and you should be good to go with a higher resolution and what not.
