Lot of issues IMO.

You're better off with Ryzen 3000 + fast memory.

The RX 5700 will do perfectly fine, it has like 80% of the 2080's performance at half the price.

Use the extra money to get a 1440p ultrawide, better than 16:9 everyday.

Those speakers are most certainly not worth their asking price lol. I just use a $40-50 soundbar and it works great. Would focus on headphones before the speakers though.

Also here is a 4TB drive for $76

Motherboard: Asus PRIME X570-P ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($166.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory  ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Patriot VPN100 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Computer 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($54.89 @ OutletPC)

And you can use StoreMI when setting up your PC to improve the speed of your 2TB hard drive

What's the current parts list, what do you need the PC for, and what's your current monitor's resolution/refresh rate?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Personally, nowadays it seems best to get a 500-1000GB SSD for OS and some singleplayer games + 2TB HDD for mass storage.

500-1000GB SSD's have become quite affordable, but with the cheapest options having QLC memory, you'll want to keep a sizable portion of that drive free, as to keep the speeds up.

A hard drive is in my opinion still a good way to get some large storage. With many online games, the speeds on an SSD will not increase either way, since you'll be waiting on other players in the lobby too. With singleplayer games, it's the games on your system; no others you'll reliant on.

You can also go SSD at first and later get an HDD, once you see you need it.

you're probably better off with the 3600 for roughly the same price because of the better single core performance.
