I Keep Getting '-200'

When I try to paste a picture in, I get this '-200' pop-up and it's evidently really annoying.

 

I can't actually paste it as the forum won't let me upload any pictures to this popup.

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

At the most inconvenient of times as well, I was busy lubing up keyswitches for a solid 3 hours and the minute I finish, I get the random number errors, amazing timing. AMAZING TIMING.

Me too, was trying to post some images earlier, and kept getting the same error.
