I was totally shocked when I use Youtube as usal and saw what kind of Video underaged Girls uploaded there!

My first reaction was report them immediately to Youtube! I thought WTF who does that Parents allow there Kids making questionable Videos in Bathing Cloth?!

Are my moral Standpoints are so hight that just I see such Video just dangerous and harmful? In the Past Paedophiles must sneak with a hidden cam into a Public Bath nowadays the just can use  Youtube for there pervert needs.

How does a society could ignore that toppic?

I wish Youtube would delete such Profiles immediately! Its discussing!

Kids can make videos. There’s no rule against that. 

 

However, if the content is inappropriate (sexual, etc), then simply report the video and let YouTube take it down. 

 

Literally one hour worth of video is uploaded every second to YouTube. It would be impossible for them to review every single video. That’s where people like you come in, to point out videos that may not be appropriate.

See something wrong? Report it. If it violates ToC it will be taken down or other appropriate action will take place. This is pretty universal.

I'd suggest that most kids under 14 (and yes, contract law varies per country) have their parents permission.

Underwear? Maybe not. Bathing suits? Depends on the context. There's nothing inherently sexual about a kid in a bathing suit (unless it's an overly sexual design).

 

Context is important, and I have no idea what videos you saw (nor, frankly, do I want to).

 

If you yourself feel it's inappropriate, simply report the video.

As I said, it depends on the context. Context which I lack.

 

You going to the beach is not a private thing. You taking a shower is a private thing. Nudity is private and violates a shit-ton of laws. It ultimately depends on whether it violates any laws, YouTube's guidelines, and lastly, whether the parent is okay with it.

 

Regardless, if you feel the content is inappropriate, report the video.

I just wish that YouTube will remove channels that use their children for personal gain, the "stage mom" kinda channels.

The probem is not just Youtube its a moral Standpoint. Everyone who was born in the late 80is and early 90is know what MSN and a Webcam could do when we think that the person on the other end is real and dont record anything.

Thankfully back them when we was young and stupid the technique wasnt that common but nower days .

That's... not true at all. In fact, I would suggest that the vast majority of people have tried beer or weed before reaching the age of majority (19 in Canada for Alcohol and Cannabis). Many parents will allow their kids to have a sip of wine or beer.

 

That's actually a good thing, because it removes the mystique of it, and makes the kids less likely to want to try beer or wine on their own as a rebellious act.

Yes. In Ontario, anyway. (Well... not counting last year - our dumbass new Conservative government rolled back sexual education to 1998 lessons, only to roll them back to the previous government's lessons for this year).

Yes, Teachers should teach them. And yes, they do learn about these things, from industry professional child educators, child psychologists, etc.

I'm not sure if they are teaching kids how to use a Tablet in kindergarten or not - but tablets are an invaluable accessory to education when used correctly, with parental controls.

Better question is how did you even find these videos let alone watch it. I watch daily a lot on youtube but have never encountered such a video. Maybe you are searching the wrong stuff....

For the finding part, YouTube's suggestions can be completely out of the blue and incredibly off-topic, I think their algorithms are consuming substances that aren't exactly legal.

The reason that worked was because the accident was extremely graphic with a lot of gore that makes everyone uncomfortable. That doesn't really translate over to self-made porn videos

While what they did is wrong, it also has nothing to do with the thread you created here.

 

YouTube basically collected demographic info about kids watching YouTube (age, gender, etc) and used it to target them with ads. Not a good thing, but also totally unrelated.

Yes but there are videos of kids that pedos flock to getting hundreds of millions of views. It's been going on for years now and Youtube still hasn't done anything to mitigate it

It's true that those videos have existed - it's not true that YouTube has done nothing about it. They've done multiple mass bans of video content just like that.

 

The problem is that every single second of every single day, over an hour of video is uploaded to YouTube. With that much stuff, they largely need to rely on people reporting stuff like that. And algorithms can only do so much for catching stuff automatically.

The videos have massive amounts of views for one. It's a dead giveaway when all the comments are in Russian, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, or broken english translating to something sexual about a child. It's Google they have enough money to improve their algorithm
