Corsair H55 AIO VS BeQuiet! Shadow Rock LP

Which one of these cpu coolers is better? OR what are some better cpu cooling soulutions under 83mm tall.

Currently planing to either get a 3700x or a i7-9700k inside a SilverStone Technology 27023 Raven Mini-ITX. Thermals are my main concern, but acrostics are also important too.

Height:

MAX Cpu cooler height = 83 mm

  1. Shadow Rock LP
    1. 75.4mm
  2. H55 (would mount the radiator and fan right above the block since there's a spot for a fan directly above the cpu)
    1. radiator: 27 mm
    2. fan: 25mm
      1. would replace with a 15mm fan, either the included silverstone case fan or a noctua.
    3. block: 32mm
      1. Total w/ 25mm fan: 84 mm
      2. Total w/ 15mm fan: 74mm

*Side note*: Could get the Corsair Hydro Series H5 SF to fit if I sanded down the 3 metal stands offs holding up the blower style fan & radiator by 1-2 mm.

H55 and h75 have a similar block -- [block specs]: https://www.bit-tech.net/reviews/tech/cooling/corsair-hydro-h75-review/1/

The H55 cools better but the SLRP is quieter.

I'm personally curious about the H5 SF so having more results to draw from would be great. I think it'd be the best performing cooler mentioned so far but I don't think it'd be very quiet.

I'd go with the beefier H60 2018 with a 25mm thick fan like the NF-A12x25. Example: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/d8sZxr
