and can someone estimate how much fps this would get on a random game

It'd probably get at least 60FPS in Solitaire.

You are overpaying a lot for the CPU cooler, board and power supply. Get an Asus TUF X570 and a 50$ Freezer 34. Also change the PSU to an RMx550. Use the saved money to get an actually good SSD that's not cheap QLC junk

The SSD doesn't affect frame rates. It will reduce load times compared to a hard drive, but the cpu and gpu are the two components that directly affect fps.

With a buget like that, I would get something with cooler aesthetics. This will be a complete game destroyer however if your monitor is a 1080p display, you can get a 2070 Super instead as it can handle 1080p MAXED and will save you quite alot of money.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The heatsink isn't good on the MPG PRO CARBON. Asus TUF X570 GAMING Plus (WIFI) or the Gigabyte AORUS ELITE are much better options.

If you are going to claim something isn't "good", provide a reason. According to pcpartpicker and bequiet the Dark Rock Slim is compatible with the motherboard. Since the cooler is rated for 180W TDP the 65W TDP 3700X should not be a challenge. The cooler has no memory clearance issues and will not overhang memory. This means RGB modules will display well. So the all black Dark Rock Slim will do a decent and quiet cooling job, look good, and allow the full RGB glory of the memory modules to be known. ?

Suggestions that other motherboards are "better options" should be accompanied by context, otherwise they are meaningless.
