It's way over my budget

The rx 5700 is cheaper then a 2060 and 2070. If not in your region, i would get a 2060, 2070 is overkill for 1080p 70fps.

I'm currently trying to upgrade my 1050Ti since I find that it's quite outdated and it struggles to run the latest games. So I'm planning to buy a new one, either an rtx 2060 or 2070 but I can't decide. Should I invest more money on the 2070 or is the 2060 good enough for at least 3 years+ ?

interesting jump in price, from under $200 to over $400, whats your target resolution/ fps?

Get a rx 5700 unless you plan to raise resolution or refresh-rate.

8700K @ 5.2ghz 1.29V, 4x8 Rev.E @ 4040 13-20-20-39 1.7V.

The reason I'm choosing the rtx 2060 is because I found one for $300. Rtx 2060 Galax Ex (new). The rx 5700 and rtx 2070 are like... A very slight chance I'll get

In my country that's not the case. The rx 5700 is $100 more than rtx 2060 so that's why
