Need info buying laptop in Malaysia

Hello
For starter, I am from Indonesia, my daily driver for now is Asus FX 504 GE or Asus Flying Fortress series because I buy it from Taiwan. The configuration is i5 8300H + 1050 Ti + 8 GB RAM + 128 SSD, 1 TB SSHD.
After 1 year of using, I want to upgrade my daily driver hopefully to GTX 1660 Ti or RTX 2060 series laptop (hype for cyberpunk 2077).
In November, I planned to go to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to do pre-wedding photos of mine. When I am doing some research the laptop price seems cheaper than in Indonesia for the same model.
Long story short, I need help to compare price and recommended store to buy in Malaysia.

For your comparison here are some laptops that I am pretty sure interested to become my new daily driver. (The price will be based on Indonesia and convert it to MYR and USD)

  • ACER NITRO 5 (i7 9750H + 1660 Ti) = 5,915 MYR / 1,406 USD
  • Asus Zephyrus G GA502DU (Ryzen 7 + GTX 1660Ti) = 5,545 MYR / 1,318 USD
  • Asus ROG STRIX G G531GU (i5 9300H + GTX 1660 Ti) = 5,545 MYR / 1,318 USD
  • HP Pavilion 15 (i7 9750H + GTX 1660Ti) = 5,175 MYR / 1,230 USD

I don't know about Illegear / comandos brand, if their quality is very superb, of course I want to know about it more. But I am pretty concerned about their warranty too. And because of the price different and some brands that didn't available in Indonesia, can you recommend me about some laptops with this spec :

I don't know that within my budget, I can afford Lenovo and Acer Helios laptop... Then it is really more cheaper there than in Indonesia.

Oh, is it really recommended to buy online via Shoppee and Lazada ?
Is there any offline store that recommended for me to buy laptops ?

As long as the seller is legit then why not

Hey may i ask how did you deal the taxes when you get the FX 504? Im indonesian as well and im looking to buy things from amazon and gearbest (just thought Shopee was a ripoff of gearbest)

We plan to stay at bukit bintang in Kuala Lumpur, and I believe that Kuala Lumpur is in Selangor.
Can you recommended some store for me. It is great to buy online, but we can't handle with shipping time that can got delayed.

The last time, I got my friend buy it for me. And when they come back to Indonesia, I instructed them to sent the box and other thing via post, while he bring the laptop and charger via hand carry. With this the laptop will become like his personal laptop so it will be devoid any tax and custom

Go to Lowyat Plaza and look for big names with stores like Brightstar, NBPlaza (no demo units I believe), Thundermatch etc
