My CPU is overheating like mad! (AMD Athlon x4 860)

Hi streetguru, i puchase the case fans and the gammaxx 400 and ima use extra fans to bring more airflow into the case. The thing is i downloaded aida64 and i ran the stress tests individually but i realised that the cpu stress was fine but when i ran tests for the fpu, cache and memory it immediately said hardware detection failure. I ran the windows memory diagnostic and it ran with no errors, havent tried memtest because i cant be asked. 

Any solution or conclusion?

Are you sure? Im using the zip file version.

The thing is when it happens, nothing happens, no blue screen of death or restart or crash, so im confused. Is my cpu damaged? Ill come back if anything happens...
