Help my pc keeps turning on for a sec and then off

So I have worked out that it isn't my PSU my gpu or my ramm so it is either my custom water cooled CPU (I7-490k) or my Mainboard (Asus ROG Maximus Vll Ranger)

Are you getting any information from your motherboard? Post beeps....?

Is all the power connectors connected correctly, both ends? 24 pin for motherboard, 8 pin for CPU, 4+6/8 for GPU?

Have you changed anything recently? Made any changes?

Try clearing the BIOS!

Everything is plugged in the only thing I have done recently is install Kali Linux on my second sad my pc just crashed and has since been stuck in this off on state
